I discovered this overlloked gem of a movie on Film 4. Have to say, as soon as I saw Maudey in that red raincoat I howled laughing! It's a pitty that they had to explain the reference in the movie.

I laughed at exactly the same spot. I haven't seen Don't Look Now in over twenty years but the minute I saw Maudey walking in that coat I knew exactly what they were doing and all I could think of was the killer midget from that movie, LOL! I was laughing so hard I almost missed Maudey talking about that movie.
Yes, yes, yes! It's clearly an "Homage" to "Don't Look Now," but it's hilarious even if you haven't seen Roeg's film.
