I was a bit confused on a couple of things the first one is did her father kill her mother and if so who raised Liela did she just block out her father murdering her mother...When she awoke to find her husband gone did he leave for work or did he leave her?
shareNo, her "uncle" killed her mother. She got a letter from him towards the end of the film saying he just got out of jail and that he still considered her "family", which freaked her out. Remember, her father had just died a year previously, which the "uncle" also mentioned in the letter.
I'm not sure where you're referring to her waking up and her husband being gone. I kind of assumed that once he figured out that she was cheating (their conversation in the bathroom) that he left.
@ Niki3333.....I just did not understand his part, You would have thought they would have shown him leaving or a note but she wakes or gets out of bed and he is not there and she did not act as if her husband had just left her As some one would take there things, and obviously she would notice. I assumed this was normal behavior for them but wondered why we never saw him again. If you watch it again let me know what your second take on this was.
