Despite featuring the worst special effect I have ever scene within the first twenty minutes of the movie, it is a rough diamond. Barry Pepper was an interesting choice but the script lacks being able to allow the character the menace of the other films.
Ignore the first quarter of the film and it is enjoyable.

you're referring to the explosion during the car crash, i imagine lol
i was thinking the same thing.
so much so that i had to rewind it just to have a good laugh.

as for the film itself...
i loved it.

Very camp and looks cheap but I did enjoy the movie too.
