i watched this movie only cos of Carmine Giovinazzo, i am a HUGE FAN of his! i was told on the NY board by a fellow fan that this movie was worth watching if only cos Carmine's not got on a shirt in a couple scenes (i like his other movie, Players, too. while the movie ain't the greatest, Carmine totally stole the show!)

i only paid $3 for it at the flea-market, but i dont' feel that i've wasted any time watching it. i thought it was a pretty good movie & it had some high points here & there. i liked it.

i like that Carmine was the main character in the movie, his chemistry with Monet Mazur (sp?) was great. :) i love that Carmine got to use some of his comedic talent, too. he really is funny, but he don't get to use it much on CSI:NY.

i felt for Monet's character especially, wishing she could get out of the trouble she found herself in, but she had no where to go cos of her dad & what he did to her. in the end, she found the strength to move on, sure, but she lost everything when she did.

anyway, the story had promise, & as always, Carmine delivered, but i do agree, it was a lil weak as far as the writing is concerned.

Carmine Giovinazzo was laughable in this movie.
What is this guy, about 5'6"?
The scene where he's involved in hanging the two black guys over the balcony was ridiculous. It was unbelievable to have him manhandling someone who probably outwieghed him by 40 pounds.
This guy is a pipsqueak and shouldn't be playing a movie tough guy.

omg dude. noticed this scene . the two bad guys could've beaten the two smaller guys bt didn't.how did they have the strength not to let them drop ? action scenes didn't make sense. monet is too skinny to be attractive . (not believable that every guy in this or any movie (or the viewing public finds her a turn -on.).a femme fatale should have big knockers or be more than a bony skeletal waif with childhood boy features.
