When he gets out of prison, he wants to meet his daughter before he leaves town,and the staff at the orphelinat don't really agree...But, at that point, he had not slept with her...Did I miss anything?

He plans on leaving, so she would be disappointed again.
He's a convicted criminal.
Maybe a judge forbid him to see his daughter again.
Maybe the orphanage doesn't want the parents to visit their children in general.
