Ryan Reynolds

Ryan Reynolds is 1 of my favourite actors, i think his humour is something i can relate to and find extremely funny.

He is for me the only pluspoint in this movie, Van wilder is my favourite performance through comedy, He was good in blade3 although he did seem to play a similar role.

I think he is trying to act in different roles because he will become typecasted and eventualy people will find him boring and mundane. Personally i never could but for me this is what happened to Jim Carrey he ended up playing extremely similar roles and in the end alot of people i knew hated him and knew what his next films were going to consist of, as they all seemed to feature an over the top outrageous piece of comedy by JC, which is funny done get me wrong, but eventually gets irritating.

I think alternative characters Ryan is playing will enhance his career, i know its a gamble but in my opinion he can act, He brings some kind of humour to every role and therefore makes you attached to that character.

A recent film i watched with ryan was "Amityville Horror", completely unlike his other films, a mainstream horror film based on a true story and a remake of the original.

Ryan confirmed to myself he is going to be successful in the film industry as he was amazingly convincing in his role. He was the cool, collective character he usually is until the house he lives in turns him possessed and he is terrifyingly good at this. Although i think he prefers comedy he is proving to be a versatile actor who could prove to be a success in any role he is given.

And looking at his profile on imdb, he looks to be a busy man and im sure we will see plently more films from Mr Reynolds.
