wondering.....

I saw this movie once in the middle of the night, atleast I think it was this movie... and I was wondering.... does this movie have a scene where a doctor is in the cafeteria and he accidentally eats the guys testicle that he just removed... or it that another movie... or did I dream it... if I dreamed it... weird dream!
