It'd be neat if the reactions were real, but I feel like they would know. Movies typically aren't shot in order, and the ending segments reference the outcome of the show.

Sometimes movies shoot multiple outcomes as well, to keep the plot a secret. They could have shot different scenes where someone else won. But they also ad libbed a lot of this movie right? So it's quite possible they didn't know who won before announcing it. I don't know the answer, and I think they probably did know in advance because of logistics, but it's a great question.
