Guy talking to his biceps-these two guys

I'm looking for an episode where this guido guy is a complete idiot; anyway the date goes to hell and he starts talking to his biceps. He calls his biceps "these two guys" and kisses them. It's become a running joke and I'm trying to locate the episode. Any help would be much appreciated...

Was that Vito? Vito was that steroid head guy - who had a diamond name plate with his name around his neck VITO! But from what I remember his date went well...she was some blond barbie bimbo & loved him......

I know which one you're talking about. He didn't get a blonde bimbo fawning over him - in fact, I think his date just dumped a drink on his head and walked out without saying anything.
