Fantastic

I was expecting to loathe this film after so many people used big words like "infantile" and "pretentious" to describe it, but I thought it was wonderful.

Very touching and FUNNY (although darkly so). You can simply tell that even though this was a highly personal project for Ms. Argento, she absolutely let some good ol' humor shine through. People are complaining about how this film centers around an unlikable "woe-is-me" type character. Well, there's a reason it's called Scarlet Diva, this character is SUPPOSED to be juvenile, spoiled and unlikable. The fact that I still felt sorry for her (to a degree) says a lot about Argento's talent.
