I watched this while really sick

I watched this while sick, and I'm too cheap to buy a dvd or track down a copy of this to confirm this, but I have a memory of this movie and I don't know if it was a hallucination/dream influenced by what I saw on TV or if it was real.

This may sound crazy, but in one part are there kids in wheelchairs flying around the sky?
