the trials of Glacius

I like how in these 1990's fighting games the characters are always fighting for a prize. Glacius's case is one of my favorites. A shape-shifter made of liquid ice (think T-1000) is captured from it's home world by the evil corporation Ultratech, and forced to fight for his life and his freedom on Earth. That is Glacius's tale. it's rather sad and I still feel sorry for the guy. If I saw him today i'd give him a hug.

Yeah, it's pretty cruel what Ultratech (Glacius's captors and The Corporation who sponsors both K.I. Tournaments) did to Glacius, but he does earn his freedom by killing Cinder (The 'Fire-guy,' for those who've never played the game).

Ultratech 'told' Glacius that he would earn his freedom by killing Cinder, and Vice Versa (The condition of Cinder's release from Prison is that he would be allowed to go free if he killed Glacius.).

...As for Glacius in Killer Instinct 2, being that this is a different Glacius than the one in the 'future' (K.I. 1), answers a distress call on Earth from some stranded members of his race. His Ship crashes, and he enters the Tournament in order to get the necessary 'parts' to fix his ship and locate his stranded people. I'm only guessing that Glacius managed to find his people and return home after the K.I.2 Tournament.

LOL!@'The Werewulf' (Sabrewulf)'s Baby Tees! I never thought of that!

Glacius is my favorite character, especially because of his background. Poor guy. But hey,it's fascinating for me. Him, made of Ice,fighting against someone with powers of fire. Thats so cool. I always like Ice and cold,so of course Glacius is my favorite and I'm glad he won against Cinder/Meltdown. It should go to show how you're not supposed to mess with the unknown, especially if it did nothing to you in the first place.

I always liked cinder, he was easy to use and he did a cool humiliation.

all the characters were insanely likable. They all had originality in their sound, demeanor, and back story that MK just doesn't
