Franco's best film

having seen a LOT of Jess Franco's films, and finding them ranging in quality from poor to incredible, I have to say that "Eugenie Sex Happening" is his most perfect film. It is certainly his most mature work; there are no vampires or hocus pocus storylines here, but rather this one is so serious in tone and subject matter that it is truly disturbing. The relationship between the Soledad Miranda character and her step-father is without measure, the most bizarre and creepy movie relationship ever. along with it's snow covered landscapes and stark, raw beauty, I can easily call this my favorite film from director Jess Franco's vast catalog of work. Does anyone agree with me here? And can you recommend another Franco movie that compares to this one?
