The drug scenes beat Trainspotting (spoilers)

Loved it when everyone was going crazy during the lumbar transfer and Keith almost dying. Then they start dying for real. The final 10 minutes when we learn Quentin is the Conceptualist and Skip loses it, crashes the car and kills himself and two others, were great. And the final scene, where Keith recovers, return to the house, only to find Quentin (Bettany) with that crazy Conceptualist look!!

This is much better than the IMDb rating. It doesn't work entirely but when it does work it's great.
