Released? - Can't find it anywhere!

Does anyone know if this was ever released or not?!

I saw the trailer for it on youtube.com and it looked good. I cannot find the dvd on ebay, amazon (both uk and usa sites) or on lovefilm.com (a dvd rental website). I can't find it on free online sites either.

There seems to be little to no information on the imdb page i.e. no pictures or quotes or trivia.

Was this made but never released...?

Apparently it was at a film festival, or more than one, but there's no American DVD, as of yet. There's a DVD somewhere, but I don't remember what country.
