1992-93 would have been about when I was watching it on Channel 4 in the UK. They must have had a deal with DiC, as they were running Heathcliff and the Catillac Cats, The Adventures of Super Mario Bros 3, the New Kids on the Block cartoon and probably others around the same time. Plus they showed Inspector Gadgget and, incredibly, Hammerman, for years. A rival channel had Real Ghostbusters though.
