Who Wrote the Theme?

Any idea who wrote the title theme, and who performed vocals on it for the English version?

Hi, I saw this quesiton and I thought that I would help you out.

I'm not really sure who wrote the title theme, but I did find out who did the music and in my opinion wrote the title theme for Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors. The two who perform the music are Shuki Levy and Haim Saban.

I hope this help you with your question.

Take care.

I'd also like to point out that the french have released a full-length three minute version of the song - which goes for many other 80's cartoon themes. It seems the french are more interested in american cartoons than the americans are. ¬_¬

Well, its not necessarily that the French are showing more interest because it was a cartoon based on an American toyline. Its because DIC has french roots and they marketed them to France in an effort to maintain their cultural ties to the brand. Shows like Ulysses 31 and Jayce were probably some of their strongest series here and abroad. Even more interesting is that DIC also worked with Japanese animators like Tokyo Movie Shinsha, Sunrise and AIC to handle their animation loads. I think DIC just realized the market for a Jayce music album would be better in France than in the US because normally soundtracks from animated series donot sell well here. They did the same for Ulysses 31 and I know they also had a Spartkus and the Sun Beneath the Sea soundtrack too.

OK, this is for me nostalgic too, especially since i am a huge AOR Rockfan, which is what the theme song of this cartoon is all about, incredible singer but WHO IS THAT SINGER, I have been thinking and searching for it since 1985! PLEASE anyone, who is this guy, if he reads it, PLEASE say something, I am also in touch with many labels here that could be very interested in getting this guy singing tunes in the rockstyle of this theme song, releasing it on cd etc,

I've read that compositor was french. In fact, I think the french singer, Nick Carr, made a better version than english, although I hate french idiom (by the way, I'm writting from Spain lol, but yes, I prefer english idiom). In fact, that Nick Carr has a lot of fans, and their interpretations of other series like Cops, MASK or Pole Position are famous.

English singer? I have no idea. Google is god lol.
