When did Nickelodeon go downhill for you?

I think it started to go downhill around late 2002/2003 when a lot of the channel's Late-90's shows were ending or starting to get phased out.

But, I don't believe Nick stopped being good completely until after 2009.

I'd say around 2005ish.

Drake and Josh was the last good show that I personally enjoyed.
