What was the actors' name? I feel like it might've been Dan Schneider but I don't know. Help?

Wow, I can't believe I didn't realize that wasn't an actual old man. Then again I never knew what Dan looked like when I was a kid, I never noticed his spots in All That sketches either.

The only sketches I recall him being in were the Good Burger ones. But I'll have to go back and check it out if I'm ever up to see it on The-N.
