Like he can’t just turn his head and look?

His body is sore. Leave him alone.

I haven't seen Glass yet. If I like it, I'll cut him some slack.

Or "take some off" and not seeing that he didn't.

Or even the kid asking AFTER he lifts it how much it weighs. Most would ask first.

All for the dramatics of the scene.
