SHOCKED to see the bbc playing this uncut! is it just me, or is this the kind of film that belongs on channel 4 - next thing theyll be screening the football factory after songs of praise !!! for those who are wondering, i saw this in the GFT in Glasgow years ago, and its a top film !

shareI think for a debut film from nick love he did a good job, sure it has its problems, but it set out to do what its supposed to, which is entertain you for an hour and a half. Better than most other late night films on the beeb.
shareI think the OP was referring literally to the balls at the beginning of the film, when three council estate dwelling lads inexplicably strip off and run about 5 miles in order to steal a football, before re-donning their flagrantly gay clothing which had me thinking the film was set in Rainham, although they did not possess a single Ford Focus between them. Yes, there was far too much running in this film for it to be anywhere near believable.
