I had the chance to see Paci at the Colossal Film Crawl and then as part of the southern series. The film was very good. I'm not gonna write a whole lot if I'm the only here but if someone else shows up I'd love to talk about the film.
sharei just saw this movie, and i don't know if i liked it or not. there really were some weird parts, like her obsession with her father, gross. and the part in the hotel room with micheal desantis was a little weird and then she wakes up in a hotel room, what happened there. some one explain it to me.
shareI think what happened is it went as far as we saw it go in the hotel room. De Santis had called somebody up to help take care of her, and they set her up in her own room. She called her mom and went home.

Being a great Chris Noth fan,I was in Blockbuster one day,glanced around and saw
Chris'face on the cover of the dvd.I ended buying the film.I enjoyed the coming of age story.I know everyone wouldnt get into this film,but i enjoyed it.
Caught it yesterday, I dozed a little bit through it (my bad, not the movie's). I woke up in time to see her in the actor's limo & the hotel scene. I thought: What a lucky girl! I used to have a huge crush on Noth in Law & Order, granted it has cooled, but when ever I catch him something, I definetly sit up & pay attention. Seemed like a fantasy come true to me & she blew it. Yeah, he was self-involved,he is a freaking actor. But he seemed ready to catch a buzz with her, dine her & have a good time. I woulda taken that op & been ok with never seeing him again, understanding he's a big movie star & I'm a smitten fan. I don't think he was ready to fall & love & live happily ever afer with her. I don't know what she expected. I guess she was a bit disappointed when he started getting her stoned & engaging in a quickie (they were hardly undressed) & I don't understand her embarrassing scene: I thought I was special blah blah) like they had really known each other-he didn't know her from Eve. I don't blame him caling for assisstance-she was sorta a stalker starting to lose it, but he played along & was sweet-whether for his own good or hers-he didn't humiliate her. I thought he was rather humsane. I wasn't crazy about the movie, didn't really understand her, but I'd watch it again just to see the whole thing. I got to admit, it kinda haunted me. Maybe because Noth has been one of my biggest celeb crushes and Gilda looks a LOT like me (only I'm a little shorter & my legs aren't quite that skinny). I give it one snap up.
Only users lose drugs
I received this movie on DVD as a gift, and was genuinely interested by it. It wasn't perfect, of course, but I enjoyed it. I was rather surprised by a lot of the negative comments I read about it later on. I can understand some of them, though. This film does feel derivative of a certain style and I can see where some may not be able to sympathize with the main character at all.
I enjoyed, more than anything else, the independent-style techniques that went into making the film. It made it interesting for me.
