I absolutely love this movie, I think it is hilarious. Good thing is that the rating here is actually going up because the last time I checked it had a 4.7 now it has a 5.3 so maybe people are starting to appreciate it. This along with Celtic Pride get my votes as the two most underrated comedies ever. What do you think are some of the most underrated comedies?

I have only seen Captain Ron and Encino Man on your list and I agree with you both are very underrated especially since I find Encino Man to be Pauly Shore's only good film.
shareyes I agree it is pauly shores best film, it all went down hill from there lol. If you are big John Candy fan like I am than you will really enjoy Who's Harry Crumb and Armed and Dangerous, very very underrated gems. Taking Care of Business is a good early 90's James Belushi and Charles Grodin film basically a fish out of water story that I grew up with and still enjoy to this day

shareAlmost Heroes is hilarious. It stars Chris Farley, Matthew Perry, and Eugene Levy. Highly quotable and definitely worth watching, if it's on TV I drop everything I'm doing to watch it. Screwed, starring Norm MacDonald, is also very underrated and highly quotable.
