I just watched this movie again for the first time in years.
This one scene really made me laugh, feel uncomfortable.
When Amsterdam is lying in Bed with Cameron Diaz' character after sleeping together and he gets up to move over. The look on his face is priceless and then he notices Bill sitting there watching, then it's even more priceless. Hahahaha.
But at the same time it's really awkward as well.

DDL's look on his face when the bald Irish dude calls Dicaprio a fiddling bins...
The way DDL pulls his hand away (with circus master like flair) after tossing the cleaver in the air and it lands right next to Dicaprio's head.
The scene when the guy getting ready to be hanged sells Bill the Butcher his watch.
Preacher (to Amsterdam): Regular service is at 6 and 8.
Amsterdam: Go to hell.
Hahaha classic
Another one that made me laugh was when Bill throws Amsterdam some meat to give to an old woman...
Bill- "here you are Mother"
Bill to Amsterdam "she ain't really my mother."
Amsterdam--"I know that, Bill."

Hell, any scene where Diaz tried to act serious was pretty funny.
