The rest of the episodes

I sincerely hope one day the rest of the series is released. I am an American who purchases all the DVDs from the UK (which I don't have a problem with) but I'd hope to be able to get the rest of the episodes on DVD. The only way I've been able to see these ones are through low quality downloaded/YouTube videos, and I'd love to be able to get them in a high-quality format.

The episodes are:

"Evangelical Christians"
"Infomercials"
"Off-Off Broadway"
"Indian Gurus"
"Body Building"
and
"Weird Christmas"

Anyone else?
