The Rise and Fall of ECW DVD

Hi,

I just noticed the other day that there is a documentary on ECW. I was just wondering if it is any good. The documentary part would be cool in itself, but the fact that it has an extra 8 matches on the DVD makes it cooler. I was never able to truly enjoy ECW because I did never have the channels on my cable, but I hope this could shed some light on the hype. I've only seen clips of the ECW, but never a full match. If anyone can let me know, it'll be great. Thank you.

I would buy the DVD if I were you, I bought it and it is definately worth the money if you're an ECW fan, or it's a very entertain documentary to watch for people who didn't watch it and want to know how it folded.

The ECW DVD is great, the maches themselves on the bonus disks could have been a bit better such as having the Rhino Vs Sandman (Hardcore Heaven 98) or Terry Funk Vs Sabu (Born to Be Wired barbwire match).

Do illiterate people get the full effect of Alphabet soup?

YES YES YES THIS DVD IS THE BEST DVD THEY HAVE EVER RELEASED I PROMISE YOU THAT. ECW IS THE BEST WRESTLING PROMOTION EVER I PROMISE YOU THAT ALSO. POST WHEN YOU SEE IT AND TELL US WHAT YOU THINK OF IT. THEY NEED TO DO A PART 2 BECAUSE THEY LEFT OUT ALOT OF GREAT WRESTLERS LIKE PILLMAN, DA GANGSTAS, F.B.I, THE IMPACT PLAYERS.

is that what pillman said. if so thats freakin awesome. i never got the chance to see this guy with his loose cannon gimmick but i heard it was brilliant. i heard he gave the best and craziest promos and with a company like ecw it must have been even better. no restraints like in wcw or wwe.

If you were a die hard ECW fan before they died or bought out by WWE then I highly recommend Barbed Wire City. It is not for everyone since this documentary focuses on interviews with ecw wrestlers, employees, legends, refs, fans, promoters, etc because this is what real die hard ECW fans have been looking for since the wwe rise and fall ecw video was not the closure that die hard ECW fans wanted.

Luckily the documentary and link down below is for those die hard ECW fans that need a proper closure but if you didn't know about ECW until WWE introduced you to ECW then I wouldn't recommend this for you.
