She DID start with the name Debbie Strong. She stole Tracey Carley's identity early in the movie, and used it from then on.
I can forgive your comment, since you didn't see the whole movie. But "vamp-07" needs to pay attention and actually WATCH the movie before posting dumb comments.
And the movie basically sucked. I don't recall any other movie I've ever seen with so many gapping plot holes.

Actually, her name in the first movie is DEBBIE STRAND. IMDB it people. The second movie her name changes from STRAND to STRONG. Again, look it up people.
