Sorry, no other real information. Just that I loved every minute of this game and have played it twice. I haven't played any of the other RE games since Playstation 2 was my first ever game console. I hear they're good, and after playing RECVX I'll believe they are!
Anyone know when the next RE game comes out for PS2?
If you haven't already found out Resident Evil Online will be the next RE game for PS2. All other games in the RE series should be exclusive to gamecube as far as I know. This could be subject to change at any time.

Of course, back then it was the ancient Sega and Nintendo ;) Point is, he always lended them to me and I would always get really, really addicted. I was obsessed with Street Fighter, Sonic and Mario Bros. My parents were scared and said they would never buy me my own, in fear that I would become some sought of sqaure-eyed hermit. But now I'm 20 and more in control so they FINALLY bought me PS2 as a suprise for my B.day. Although I was pretty addicted to Resident Evil...;)

shareYeah I've seen the movie. I even considered buying it on DVD, but I enjoyed watching it the first time more then the second. I thought Milla Jovovich was really cool. What did you think of it? I can't wait to see some of the actual game characters in it like Chris and Claire (although it will probably be Jill in the next one, right?). I hope to play the other games of the series one of these days. Start from the end and work my way back I guess...;)
shareI thought the movie was great. I had been waiting a long time for the movie to come out. The DVD is really great; a must have in my opinion. Yes the next one will have Jill. I'm really looking forward to seeing nemesis in the next movie also. I don't know if you've heard, but nemesis is from the third game. He's a pretty cool creature to fight. I haven't even played Code Veronica yet. I'm hoping to buy it soon and see if its any good. Everybody says it is.

shareWell so far I've had a string of bad luck with it. I've had to restart it two times. The most recent is where Steve transforms and kills you with two hits. I didn't have any healing items so Steve kills me before I can run away from him. Hey Louie how long did it take you to beat it?

You need healing items, at least two I'm afraid. You can't avoid him hitting you. I had the healing stuff so it didn't take me long to get past him.
Louie I finally beat Code Veronica. It was a really excellent game. I still don't understand why they didn't call it RE 4?

Yeah it is. I like this game. I played once month but I played it until I
pass the game. I play the game from 3 to 4 hours .
The best time for this game I passed 3hrs 20mins.
I've played all the resident evil games except "Resident Evil Zero" and they rule. In my opinion the first game is the best, but code veronica X also is great because it has a complete new and scarier environment (not Raccoon City anymore).
I hate the Resident Evil movie because it is more of a Sci-fi action movie than a Survival-Horror movie. Unfortunately George A. Romero (Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, Day of the Dead) didn't direct the movie, so that explains why the movie sucks big-time. It doesn't give me the creeps, like the games do and it hasn't got the scary mood that the games have. I've seen horror movies who are a lot worse than "Resident Evil the movie" but still this is a huge disappointment compared to the great games.
I hope the second movie (Resident Evil : Apocalypse) will be a lot better than the first one because it is an insult to the Capcom games.
This game was alot different than all the others, i noticed after Nemesis that they got kind of toned down a little and had some boring parts (with the exeption of the REmake, that was fuking awesome) Code Veronica had alot of boring parts, like when your trying to find the keys to the plane, trying to find out what to do, know what im saying? I found out though it wasn't hard at all, i felt like an idiot after it. The payoff was great though on the plane. I think the best resident evil games are in order

RE3(more of an action game if you ask me).
I loved Code Veronica. I haven't played much of the games past 3, but I have watched others play 0 and 4. Both those were amazing to watch.
However RE2 will always be the best for me cause it was such a upgrade over the first one and the first one was already considered a classic by the time RE2 came out!!!
