don't get it

I know i'm late in answering;but the whole situation with that part was that she was never mental in the first place. The writer of this Movie was showing you what happens to most black people. If blacks show emotions or react in away as to speak out for themselves the white man takes that personal and your seen as a treat. So when she tried to stop them from taking her Son that's when the cops put her in the mental hospital and dope her up. So she wasn't mentally ill but when they drug her she became that way thus her staying in the mental clinic because she became what they accused her of being. All in all i think it was fowl what they did. They framed that woman and mad her crazy. I hate white people
