The dumbest person was not Q-tip

Although he was super dumb. His mother was the dumbest of all. Had she not stabbed that officer. She would have been able to be out when her son was released. Instead she chose to try and take her child out of custody/ assault an officer. instead of waiting for his release. Poor boy never had a chance.With a a weak link mother.
