In Iceland the film is called My Nine Wives... Why is that?

SPOILERS

The film starts out with him divorcing his 3rd wife. He moves to polygamyland in Utah and takes 3 and then another 2. Then at the end of the film he takes another.

So 3 + 3 + 2 + 1 = 9 wives.

That title actually better suits the movie.
