too nebulous for me

i like to know what the story is, more than just reciting various sequences of action/movent. the why behind the movement is essential, for me, so therefore i really don't feel that i know what went on in this story, or perhaps the why

it certainly had suspense, from scene to scene, then at the end i can't say why any of it occurred.

i recommend TELL NO ONE and THE PREY for anyone wanting a good french mystery
