What is UP with THIS???

...I'm seriously not a petty person but I'm only about ten minutes into this movie and am unBEARably distracted by actor Alun Armstrong's bizzar-o eyebrows! WHAT in tarnation is going on with THAT?? Looking at this guy for just a few minutes and I don't recall a single word of dialogue! Reminding me of, though FAR 'stranger' than the get-up they did on Joe Pesci for the 'David Ferry'character in JFK...definitely an appetite killer..eek...
