Real skin and stuff on the outside..... It would be super creepy

Not really. Terminators did it without organs..

Anyway it was just a rough idea on what could have made that doll super creepy if it were real.

I could barely even look at that thing! What kid in their right mind would actually want one??? That would creep the hell out of me!

Agreed on the creepy level: if I had one in my bedroom, I could not sleep! :-D

But what were they trying to say?

Maybe that was one more way to say "Clones (or copies of humans) are a very bad idea".
The doll was intended to be a copy of a human, and was creepy as hell.
The various clones brought only trouble (save for Schwarzenegger's, because he's the hero :-).

The movie's general message was "Enjoy your life till it last, accept your mortality".
