I am a huge Olivier Martinez fan

But even he could not save this movie, especially since he had little screen time and most of it was spent in a bizarre state of antagonism between Sorvino and him. I expect horrible acting from Mira Sorvino but the wretched script made everyone look bad. I cannot comprehend why this film was ever made. Supposedly Martinez and Sorvino split up the year that this was released (though maybe they had met while filming it and it was on the shelf for a few years). I think he fled from her abysmal acting. If so, I don't blame him.
