Genres - Comedy ?

I noticed the genres listed Drama,thriller blah blah,

But not even a HINT of "comedy" ?, im sorry but that "mistaken cancer" scene with Inspector Ho & Inspector Wong Kai was so funny! and other parts .eg Andy lau dressing as a Woman haha.

NOTE: this Movie was just so confusing.

The movie is obviously serious in tone. The comedy was merely played out between Ho and Cheung, and Ho and Wong (Ho's chief inspector). Then there's Chen's (the gangleader) dimwitted bodyguard. But all in all, they don't compose enough of the story to be considered part comedy.
