Just sitting down to watch a copy I got for $9.00 at videoscreams.com. Very atmospheric and creepy, like the old Pike Place Market back in the late 60s early 70s. You won't be disappointed with this one and the print I received is excellent in audio and visual quality.
Check it out if you remember and appreciate the feeling and eeriness scary movies of this era engendered, and try not to compare this with special effects that drown storylines in todays films. I don't like cannibal movies but Malatesta is a banquet of off-balanced hallucinations...really?

Official release date is 2/23/2016. It is one of three movies in the Arrow release of American horror Project vol.1 available in Blu-Ray & DVD. They are 2K restored and come with a bunch of features.
The other movies in this are The Witch who came from the sea & The Premonition. All three films are from the 70's
