Choice of Sentences

I've had this game for almost as long as its been released.
I really enjoyed it and only finished it about a year ago.
The thing I really enjoyed about it though was the fact you can choose what you say and depending what you say the story/level will change slightly.
I think they should make all six films (Star Wars) as games with this style of gameplay maybe with a mix of ROTS.

Does anyone agree with me(or disagree)?

reply

I agree. It was funny.

Qui-Gon: <To Anakin> Hmm. The force is strong with you.
Anakin: Strong enough to be a jedi?
Qui-Gon: No, not really.
Anakin: Oh well, I gotta fix up my podracer

I always loved that dialogue. ^_^

I dont know what sentence to do.

You know, that was sometimes hard. Because sometimes saying the wrong thing can get the character killed. I did the level with Obi-Wan helping Queen Amidala and he goes up to the woman. I accidentally hit "You should really lock your doors." She says "And you should mind your own business." Some battle droids come up and I kick the bucket.

"HOPSCOTCH!"

reply

yeah, it would help a little if the bitch locked her doors.

but anyway, for some reason, if you think about the choice of sentences, its almost like a very early form of an rpg like kotor. especially being a game for the ps1, its almost as if it influenced these games in a way. or perhaps thats just a thing that lucasarts does to most of their games...

I liked the fact that you could say "I'm looking for a T-14 Hyperdrive Generator" 3 times to the same person... in the same conversation.
