Lori Petty...

I remember when she used to be considered hot. Now-- in this movie anyway-- not so much. Maybe it was just the super-short haircut... but maybe not.

What happened to her career? She was supposed to take off after "Point Break", but, with the exception of "Tank Girl", only ended up doing crappy B movies.

I think Lori herself made some "cr.ap" decisions on her own to somewhat derail her career.

She was cast in the Sandra Bullock rule in Speed & dropped out due to "creative differences"...surprise, surprise, look what that role did for Sandra Bullock who wasn't big at the time.

From what I'm told, movies that DID help her career (Ex. A League of Their Own) she wasn't too fond of...which brought her to where she is now.

Most movie stars are no good at choosing their own properties. Patrick Swayze did "Ghost" because his wife discovered it.

"Well, how was it?".
"It was degrading, humiliating, emasculating... and somewhat enjoyable".

Meh, I'd still do vile things to her.

first off, imo i didnt ever think she was hot. maybe cute or something. but im a straight woman so i dont know.

she was an ok actress in A League of their own and was even better IMO in Free Willy. she didnt really excel in her career like some of you said she made bad movie choices. plus if i remember correctly, i think she has had lots of personal problems like being arrested for driving drunk or drugs.

however and also imo i thought she was good in this movie and thats because i didnt find her annoying like i did in some of her other movies. but i do wish her luck.

You won't answer my calls, you change your number. I mean, I'm not gonna be ignored, Dan!

Honestly, her unusual voice and looks kind of limit her as well. While she was perfect for "Tank Girl" when she was younger, I have trouble seeing her in different roles. I could not imagine her as a kick-ass Federal agent--not with that scratchy, squeaky voice and anorexic physique. But it's not all her fault as the script called for the entire crew of agents to act like nitwits.
