Was that a Ryu and Rayden official artwork?

In the MK History, during the part when they were showing the different magazine covers and everything, I saw a picture looked like Ryu and Rayden facing eachother. It looked more like an official artwork and not some fan made picture, but did anyone else see it? It looks great.
