I need help with my website.

I've created a Mortal Kombat:Deadly Alliance website on Notepad and am having a problem.When I open the website in my browser,one of the images doesn't load properly.Instead of a picture of Quan Chi,there is an outline of the picture with a bright blue square in the middle with a white question mark in it.Can anybody help?
