Wendy narration?

Can anyone post what Matthew says about Wendy when she's making him dinner in her dorm (potatos on her hot curlers...loved that!)? It's something about how she's the girl next door and what he would probably end up settling for. I didn't really like that part because I thought it was her in the elevator (little did I know how it actually would end up, but still...) but I just am curious what all he said and I already returned my copy to Blockbuster thinking that would be in the memorable quotes section here. Thanks for your help!
