So bad, so bad...that I must watch it!!!

The acting, the writing, the everything...even probably the catering of this movie was awful.

This movie couldn't decide if it were a perverted teen flick, or if it were a my so called life knock off. The protagonist's monologues were sophomoric at best. The revelation that Alex Mack is a lesbian is a useless tool for the peoople involved with the movie to say, "hey, you know what? gay is okay." Which it is, but who cares?

The main character reminds me of those poor misguided boys in college that justified their desire to have lots and lots of sex by trying to convince themselves that "It was love at first sight. I don't want to have sex, I want to make love." Just get over it, you've got hormones and college is a wonderful time to exercise them. But it aint' got nothing to do with love.

God this movie rocks in an utterly awful way.

right on-

every time this is on tv, which is a whole lot, i gotta watch it. i can't believe somebody actually got this thing done -- it tries so hard to impress you with zingers left and right, and observations that have been made a thousand times -- and, observations that this guy made in his other movie, 100 women, which is pretty much the same movie.

but it's unbelievable. it's a work of hideous art. my favorite is the roommate, who apparently is only the in the movie to kick out various clever little aphorisms that make almost no sense.

unbelievable. awesome.

Your comment about the catering made me laugh more than if you added up the "humor" from the entire movie!

I CHALLENGED myself to watch this until the end, and I was the winner/loser. I agree with you totally. But to me it's not one of those "so bad it's good" movies. It's a "so bad I hope I am not tied to a chair a-la 'Clockwork Orange' and made to watch it again" type movies.
