Harvey Weinstein

Does anyone think that Harvey the fat pig Weinstein should have charges brought up against him for vandalizing this film? I mean, chopping out 20 minutes of a film like this and having the Italian voices overdubbed with English, is not much different from book burning. I think it's so crazy that if you are living in certain parts of the World, you have to order this dvd from Europe to get the uncut version. Who else is offended or disgusted by this?
