Hahahaa, does anyone else remember this? It was when he gave the flowers to Tiffani Theissen and she was holding them near her chest. Basically it was put in by the writer to knock fun at Tiffani's fake boobies. I think it was suppose to be intended as Leon just seriously talking about the flowers and not making fun at Tiffani, i don't think he is that mean..
