shareI completely agree with you that it is one of most entertaining hindi movies I have seen (but for the glitchy special effects). Much superior and better qualified for a remake than Sholay (the biggest Hindi hit ever). Sholay remake rights have recently been acquired for US$ 100 MN by a company in India.

Remakes are only made of originals that are great!...Crisper Special effects and a modern treatment with the same script is surely a winner for most of movie going youth that may have surely not seen the original .. thats what remakes are all about!
