I think they meant raciest as in "the most racy". Racy as in taboo or risque (for lack of a better explanation).

I think they meant that in terms of being racy and dealing with sensitive issues. Like racism for example. Both "The Color of Friendship" and "Remember the Titans" deal with racism. So, in that case, both of them are pretty racy... by Disney standards at least.
