You know after Angelica tells LaBouche about Chuckies Dad, and then they switch to the Chinese restaurant where Angelica sings the kareoke (sorry for spelling). Well, If Angelica said those words, dont you think it would have clued Her parents in on her behavior towards the Babies?

shareYeah, by that time in the show Angelica's parents didn't seem to care much about how she treated the babies anymore. Like in the first couple of seasons, they would say "be nice to the babies" or something along those lines but that stopped happening...

Yep, the parents were pretty neglectful. Kira might've been the most nurturing and responsible one of them all.

That's the point of the entire franchise: The parents never pay full attention to the babies, which is why they get in trouble. Specially ANGELICA's parents. Remember what CHARLOTTE's excuse was as to why ANGELICA was able to watch THE GODFATHER?
