The movie is called Rugrats in Paris and the family travels to Paris France so I do not understand why there is so much chinease stuff in the movie. For example the parade the sushi restaurant and the sumo wrestlers. Can someone please explain?

I thought it was Japanese and that themepark was created by Asian folks. Reminds me of Chinatown in San Francisco.
