This movie angered me so much!!!

It was too predictable, and annoying. The reactions they all had, what they did - just everything was predictable.

I was yelling at the tv.

yes in real life he might not want to come to earth...

I did find it boring but yelling at the TV is too much! Couldn't you just turn the TV off?

I know, right? My husband almost constantly does that and it really annoys me.

You and my husband both. You are right it was predictable. I knew the ending as soon as it was mentioned that the GA had left his family. Hollywood writers are usually predictable. Most things I can guess the story line before it's half over or earlier. Sad to say not many writers surprise me. Still, it was a sweet movie, and the actors did well with what they were given.

it had the best ending , you are so wrong , next time try to enjoy the movie and don't think like a director or producer so you ruin your movie .

reply

Predictable, blah, blah, blah. OF COURSE the outcome was obvious. Duh!

But for me that is irrelevant. The journey is what mattered in this movie, and it was a beautiful one.

This was Anton Yelchin's first movie, and he knocked it out of the park. A very moving performance by him and all the actors in the movie.

I'll take this over It's a Wonderful Life any time.

Actors do not have a job...they have a blast!

Sure it was predictable but so what! Life isn't so that should give you a rush. I thought it was a lovely movie and he was adorable in it. I had been following him since that roll and I always enjoyed seeing him act. Unfortunately, and unpredictably, I won't be following him anymore and that is very sad for me and all the other fans he had acquired in his short lifespan. What a shame. I feel so sorry for his parents and any other family he might have.
